Welcome to our newsletter, reader!
Hi there! It's been a few weeks since the last update and with the upcoming market this weekend, it's time for another issue of the Franklin Woodcrafts newsletter. My name is Jeff (but I also answer to Jay), and I’m the one behind the tools here. Every piece I make — whether it’s a cutting board, a bowl, or something else entirely—comes from my small shop where I get to work with some of the most beautiful woods around.
I started Franklin Woodcrafts because I love creating things that are both useful and meaningful. Wood has a way of telling its own story, and my job is to bring that story to life in a way that fits into your everyday life. I hope this newsletter gives you a little peek into my process and what’s coming out of the shop. Thanks for being here!

I’m grateful to have you along for this ride as I continue crafting and exploring the endless possibilities that wood has to offer. Whether you’re here for inspiration, updates, or just to see what’s new, I appreciate your support more than words can say. If you ever have questions, ideas, or just want to chat about woodworking, feel free to reach out—I’d love to hear from you. Until next time, take care and stay creative!
